Dear Day Campers and Parents:

COVID-19 has affected much of what we do in our daily lives and it has also impacted our upcoming summer day camp. After careful consideration, we have decided to cancel the large group day camp scheduled for July 27-31. This is not a decision we have taken lightly because we love kids and youth!

However, with monitoring the current situation along with the government's recommendations for reopening Ontario, we believe it would not be wise to move forward with our camp, as it is currently designed. The health of kids and youth, their families and our community is of utmost importance.

We know that this decision is disappointing for you. It's disappointing for us too! But, because we love kids and youth, we have not stopped meeting and planning! We are actively looking at alternatives in which we can best serve our community. As the government releases guidelines for public gatherings and spaces, we will respond accordingly.

One of our favourite quotes is, "Inside of every challenge is an opportunity waiting to be discovered." Is this a challenge? Yes. Is there an opportunity? Most definitely!

If you have already paid, we are providing two options: 1) receive a full refund, 2) convert your fee to a program credit for future use. Please let us know which option you would like, and we will process it ASAP for you.

Stay tuned to your email, and to our websites and social media platforms for updates as things progress. Know that we miss you, are praying for you, and can't wait to see you again!
